We have what I call “creative, caring, competence.” We get it, we ask the right questions, we care about the right things and we help our clients navigate a difficult system- the insurance process. Our clients know that we are there to help them. We have the expertise to find the right solutions and the concern and follow through to make sure those solutions are implemented properly, both now and in the future.
If the media trusts our advice (see nine dots in the news) and the insurance industry uses us for training on best practices (see how we care for our profession), think of all that we can do to care for your company!
One of the benefits of owning a company is having the flexibility and resources to be involved in the community. As a company we encourage our employees to do the same. All employees are given paid time off to volunteer with non profit organizations of their choosing. Our service to the community does not end when we leave the office. Our company is pleased to have served in leadership roles with a number of organizations, including:
One of Brad’s favorite activities is coaching a Little League Baseball Team for Special Needs kids. In June of 2006, The Palo Alto Weekly published a wonderful article about the team . The Weekly’s Jocelyn Dong followed the team all season, and photographer Norbert von der Groeben took thousands of photos to make sure he appropriately captured the spirit of the team. He did indeed. Please see for yourself.
